1.Accessing the Form:

•Candidates can fill the online application form through the MPOnline portal: www.mponline.gov.in before the deadline (12:00 Midnight on the 11/08/2025).

•Applicants must correctly select their state and district during registration for future reference.

2.Filling Basic & Identification Details:

•Provide permanent identification marks and details of a valid photo identity proof, which will be verified during the exam.

•Mention Aadhar number or Aadhar VID compulsorily for biometric verification at exam centers.

3.Academic Qualification:

•Enter academic details such as total marks, obtained marks, and qualifying marks based on eligibility.

•Ensure data accuracy while uploading mark sheets.

4.Document Upload:

•Prepare a single JPG image with two lines of handwritten declaration, passport-size photograph, and signature.

•Upload this image in the required section using the provided link in the application.

5.Final Review & Submission:

•Before clicking Submit, carefully recheck all details. If any error is found, correct it first, then proceed with the final submission.

•After submission, an Application Number will be generated.

6.Payment of Application Fee:

9.Restrictions in Correction:
