Master’s Degree in Library Science, Information Science, or Documentation Science required.
Must have achieved a minimum of 55% marks in the degree (or equivalent grade if using a grading system).
Strong academic background with proficiency in library computerization.
Additionally, candidates should have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) by UGC, CSIR, or an equivalent accredited test like SLET/SET, or hold a Ph.D. Degree.
Proficiency in written Hindi using Devanagari script is essential.

Master’s Degree in Physical Education and Sports or related field with at least 55% marks.
Must have a track record of representing the university/college in inter-university/inter-collegiate competitions or at the State and/or national championships.
