(C) A Bachelor's Degree and a General B.Ed degree with a two-year Diploma in Special Education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
(D) A Bachelor's Degree and a General B.Ed degree with a Post Graduate Professional Diploma in Special Education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
