The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the notification for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2026 Session 1. Conducted under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, this exam is a national-level entrance test for admission to B.E./B. Tech, B. Arch, and B. Planning programs in NITs, IIITs, and other centrally funded institutions.

The online application process for JEE Main 2026 Session 1 begins on 31 October 2025 and will continue till 27 November 2025 (up to 9:00 PM). The exam will be held between 21 January to 30 January 2026 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. Candidates can choose from 13 languages including Hindi and English.
