NABFID Officer Vacancy 2025 Salary Details

•The starting annual salary for the Analyst grade upon joining the Bank is approximately Rs 14.83 lakh.

•On top of the fixed salary, a performance-based variable pays (bonus) of up to 20% of the fixed compensation may be awarded, depending on individual performance, as decided by the Bank from time to time.

•The overall compensation package may be adjusted at appropriate intervals, based on approvals from the Board.
