AAICLAS Security Screener (Fresher) Recruitment 2026: Salary, Probation & Service Bond
Category	Details
Stipend (During Training)	All provisionally selected candidates (freshers) will initially be given a stipend of Rs. 15,000/- per month. During the stipend period, only one casual leave per month is applicable on a pro-rata basis.
Pay Scale / Salary (After Certification)	After successfully passing all required certification examinations, the consolidated monthly remuneration will be: • First Year: Rs. 30,000/- Fixed Per Month • Second Year: Rs. 32,000/- Fixed Per Month • Third Year: Rs. 34,000/- Fixed Per Month
Contract Duration & Probation	The engagement is on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) initially for 3 years. *Note: The 3-year contract starts after* passing all certification examinations and not from the date of joining on a stipend. The first year is treated as a probation period.**
Leaves	• Privilege Leave: 18 in a year • Half Pay (Sick) Leave: 12 in a year • Casual Leave (CL): 9 in a year • Restricted Holiday (RH): 2 in a year
Allowances & Medical Benefits	• TA/DA: If deputed on a tour, TA/DA shall be equivalent to a three-tier AC rail fare. • Medical Insurance: Maximum of Rs. 10,000/- per annum shall be reimbursed for the purchase of Medical Insurance for self & dependent family members. • PF: PF Contribution shall be equivalent to the ceiling wage of Rs. 15,000/- (i.e., Rs. 1800 p.m.).
Surety Bond	After selection, candidates have to provide a surety bond of Rs. 1,50,000/- on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/-. This bond states that in case of non-completion of the 3-year contract after training, the candidate shall refund Rs. 1,50,000/- to AAICLAS.
Resignation / Notice Period	The notice period for resignation will be a minimum of 3 months. Those who want to resign with immediate effect must deposit 3 months' salary in lieu of the non-serving notice period, and no experience letter will be issued.

· Phase 1 (Online Interaction): Candidates with a higher percentage of marks at the Graduation level will be called first for online interaction in a phased manner.

· Phase 2 (Medical & Document Verification): Shortlisted candidates must submit a Medical Fitness Certificate before engagement.

· Phase 3 (Mandatory Training & Certification): Candidates will undergo a series of trainings arranged by AAICLAS:

1. AVSEC Induction course (5 days)

2. At Airport/RA operations (3 Months)

3. AVSEC BASIC Course (14 days)

4. At Airport OJT on Security Equipment (1 month / min 40 hours)

5. Screener's pre-certification course (3 days)

6. Testing & Certification of Screener (2 days by BCAS)

· Training Failure Rules: Maximum two attempts are given. If a candidate fails the first attempt, the stipend reduces from ₹15,000/- to ₹10,000/- per month, and the candidate bears the TA/DA and accommodation cost for the second attempt. If they fail the second attempt, the contract will be terminated immediately.
