MP Metro Recruitment 2023: Selection Process
Computer-Based Test (CBT):
Online exam held in 2-3 sessions for 2 hours each.
120 objective multiple-choice questions.
English and Hindi papers; English version prevails in discrepancies.
Negative marking: 0.25 marks deducted for wrong answers.
Minimum qualifying marks: 40% (UR), 30% (SC/OBC-NCL/EWS), 25% (ST).
Can be conducted in two stages at MPMRCL's discretion.
Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT):
Minimum T-Score of 42 marks required in each test battery.
Only for Supervisor (Operations) post; not for other vacancies.
Qualify in each test; no negative marking.
Merit: 70% CBT marks, 30% CBAT marks.
Document Verification:
Shortlisted candidates verified for documents.
Originals and attested photocopies required.
Failure may lead to forfeiture of candidature.
Biometric and photo verification possible.
Medical Test:
Candidates must meet MPMRCL's medical standards.
Ensure standards for opted post are met.
Unfit candidates won't get alternative appointments.
