All India Bar Examination AIBE 21 Online Application Form 2026 has been released by Bar Council of India (BCI) for Certificate of Practice. AIBE 21 registration starts from 11 February 2026 and the last date to apply online is 30 April 2026. The exam will be held on 7 June 2026 in offline OMR mode. Candidates must have 3 year or 5 year LL.B degree from a BCI recognized university. Final year students with no backlog can also apply. The minimum age is 21 years and there is no upper age limit.

AIBE 21 exam will have 100 multiple choice questions for 100 marks. There is no negative marking. Duration of exam is 3 hours 30 minutes. The exam is open book and candidates can carry Bare Acts without notes. Passing marks are 45% for General and OBC and 40% for SC and ST candidates. After qualifying candidates will receive Certificate of Practice to appear in courts across India.
