This recruitment drive offers a great opportunity for candidates holding B.E./B.Tech M.E./M.Tech MBA PG Diploma CA/CMA or relevant qualifications to join one of India’s leading energy corporations.

Applicants must be below 30 years of age with relaxation applicable as per government norms. NTPC Green Energy Recruitment 2025: Vacancy & Qualification Details

1. Civil Engineer (40 Posts)

o candidate bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (B.E./B.Tech) with a minimum 60% marks or 50% for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD categories.

o Experience: 3 years in Geotech piling foundation structural steel or switch yard. RE experience preferred.

2. Electrical Engineer (80 Posts)

o Qualification: candidate must have B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).

o Experience: 03 years in switchyard operations electrical testing transmission systems transformers design or engineering. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Renewable Energy (RE).

3. Mechanical Engineer (15 Posts)

o Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD). M.E./M.Tech preferred.

o Experience: 03 years in supervision or execution RE experience preferred.

4. HR Executive (07 Posts)

o Qualification: 02-year PG Degree or Diploma HR/Personnel Management/MBA (HR) with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).

o Experience: 03 years HR functions/Industrial Relations knowledge of SAP MS Office and Data Analytics preferred.

5. Finance Executive (26 Posts)

o Qualification: candidate must CA or CMA qualified.

o Experience: 01 year in Finance/Accounts.

6. IT Engineer (4 Posts)

o Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or IT with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD)

o Experience: 3 years in Networking or Web development.

7. Contract & Material Engineer (10 Posts)

o Qualification: B.E. or B.Tech PG Diploma in Material Management Supply Chain or MBA- M.E./M.Tech in Renewable Energy with a minimum of 60% marks.

o Experience: 1 year in Renewable Energy industry

Note:

• computer-Based Test (CBT) consist of bilingual questions with multiple-choice options will cover areas Quantitative Aptitude Verbal Ability Logical Reasoning General Knowledge and Technical Skills (subject knowledge).

• The selection will be done through a two-stage shortlisting process:

1. Stage 1: Online CBT which will be conducted in the following cities: Kolkata Chennai Delhi Mumbai Vishakhapatnam Gandhinagar Lucknow Jaipur Bhopal and Raipur.

2. Stage 2: Shortlisted candidates from the CBT will be called for an interview. Management reserves the right to adjust eligibility criteria as required.

• Candidates will be awarded 5 marks for meeting the minimum required experience with an additional 1 mark per year of additional experience up to a maximum of 10 marks.

• The Offer of Appointment will be issued based on the candidate's rank in the merit list which will be prepared according to the cumulative total of marks scored in CBT experience and interview.

• Medical Examination: Joining will be contingent upon the candidate passing the medical examination and being declared medically fit by any specified government hospital.
