The selection process for Coal India MT Recruitment 2024 will be based on the GATE 2024 Examination, Document Verification (DV), and Medical Examination.

Coal India Limited MT Pay Scale

In Coal India Limited Management Trainee Recruitment, selected candidates will be appointed as Management Trainees in the E-2 Grade with a starting pay of Rs. 50,000 per month, within the scale of Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 1,60,000 during training. After successfully completing a one-year training period, candidates will be promoted to E-3 Grade with a pay scale of Rs. 60,000 – Rs. 1,80,000, starting at Rs. 60,000, along with a one-year probation period.
