The Search-cum-Selection Committee constituted for recommending appointments to Board level posts in the newly set up Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI), New Delhi, (a Section 25 Company having authorized capital of Rs. 2000 crores), under the administrative control of Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), New Delhi, invites applications for following Board level posts (one each):-

i. Managing Director
Pay Scale: Rs. 80,000—1,25,000/- (Revised)
Age : 45 - 57 Years
Qualification:
a) Graduate in Engineering preferably in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/Chemical Engineering
b) Scientist with Ph. D in renewable energy related subject.
c) M.B.A. or Post-Graduate in Economics with established record of achievement in the area of renewable energy
Experience: 20 Years


ii. Director (Power Systems)
Pay Scale: Rs. 75,000—1,00,000/- (Revised)
Age : 40 - 55 years
Qualification:
The applicant should be Graduate in engineering preferably in Electrical/ Mechanical/Electronics Engineering with good academic record from a recognized university/institution. Scientist with Ph.D may also be considered if having experience in related field.
Experience: 15 Years


iii. Director (Solar)
Pay Scale: Rs. 75,000—1,00,000/- (Revised)
Age : 40 - 55 years
Qualification:
The applicant should be a Ph.D in related science. Graduate in engineering preferably in Electrical/ Mechanical/Electronics Engineering with good academic record from a recognized university/institution may also be considered if having an experience of at least 5 years in related field of Renewable Energy.
Experience: 15 Years


iv. Director (Human Resources)
Pay Scale: Rs. 75,000—1,00,000/- (Revised)
Age : 40 - 55 years
Qualification:
The incumbent should be a graduate with good academic record from a recognized university with Post Graduate qualification in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Human Resources from a recognized University. Knowledge of business processes in manufacturing/ service and quality assurance is desirable
Experience: 15 Years

v. Director (Finance)
Pay Scale: Rs. 75,000—1,00,000/- (Revised)
Age : 40 - 55 years
Qualification:
The incumbent should be a Cost Accountant/Chartered Accountant/MBA with specialization in Finance with good academic record from a recognized university/institution.
He should have managerial experience at a senior level and having experience in corporate financial management and accounts including Cost and Budgetary Control, Institutional Finance, Working Capital Management in an organization of repute.
Experience: 15 Years
