Construction  Managers / Engineers - Civil:
Qualifications: Full-time Degree or Diploma in Engineering. Experience: 3 to 20 years in building  construction, using mechanised construction techniques.  Should have track record of execution capabilities. Hands on experience in (a) Concreting, formworks, reinforcement (b) Finishing and interior works (c) Planning / Scheduling, preferred.

Planning Manager/Engineer - Civil/Mechanical:
Qualifications: full-time Degree or Diploma in Engineering. Experience: 3 to 20 years in building construction planning. Must know project planning tools like Primavera / MS Project.

Plant and Machinery/Construction Equipment Operations Engineer (Mechanical /Electrical/Automobile):
Qualifications: full-time Degree or Diploma in Engineering or ITI Maintenance Foreman. Experience: 3 to 8 years in installation, operation and maintenance of construction equipment like computerised heavy-duty tower crane, batching plant up to 200m3 capacity with micro-processor control or command - Alcon control system, concrete pump for high-rise buildings, boom placers, crawler cranes up to 200t capacity, sensor paver, computerised 200t asphalt plant, power generators up to 1000 kVA, air compressors and hydraulic piling rigs.

Quality Assurance (QA) Manager (Civil):
Qualifications: full-time Degree or Diploma in Engineering. Experience: 8 to 15 years in QA for buildings construction projects. Should have expertise in developing contract- specific quality plans, implementing thorough training and inspection of permanent works, verification / inspection / testing of incoming materials as per quality plan, relevant standards, setting up and monitoring QC lab at site and performing internal audits as per ISO 9001.

Safety (EHS) Manager/Officer:
Qualifications: full-time Degree or Diploma in Engineering, (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) with Diploma in Industrial Safety or NEBOSH IGC from approved institutes. Experience: 5 to 15 years in building construction and EHS Management functions in construction projects.
