Executive Director – Personnel & Administration (Grade – IX)
Pay scale of Rs.51300-3%-73000
Age: Maximum age limit is 50 years as on 01-Mar-2011
Qualification: Degree with specialized professional qualifications including Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Social Welfare / Personnel Management / Social Sciences / Industrial Relations awarded by recognized University / Institutions recognized by Government (OR) MBA from Indian Institute of Management (OR) any other University recognized by Government with Specialization in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations – (2 years course). Degree in Law is desirable.

Detailed experience:
• 18 years experience in Personnel & Administration / Human Resources Management out of which 2 years in the immediate lower grade or equivalent scale,
• Aligning employees to a common set of objectives derived from the MOU, MISSION and VALUE statements,
• Mitigation of risk by devising appropriate Succession Planning Strategies,
• Identification and proper Management of top-performers and non-performers,
• Continuous measurement of the effectiveness of leadership and employee satisfaction,
• Increasing employee engagement through appropriate measures,
• Performance related pay, aligning compensation to performance,
• Adjustment of recruitment and training to competency gaps,
• Specifying well-defined Job Descriptions, which map to the Organisation Structure and become the basis for Recruitment, Goal Setting, Training, Performance Evaluation and Career Development,
• Well versed with Labour Laws,
• Remuneration packages,
• Manpower assignment,
• Competency Mapping,
• Multi-tasking,
• Maintaining cordial Industrial Relations.
