Location: For its mills in Asom on fixed tenure basis
Qualification – Minimum graduate. Diploma in Materials Management will be an added qualification. Knowledge of working in computer is desirable.
Experience – Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in executive cadre, out of which at least 4 years’ experience in the middle management level.
Experience Profile – Candidates should be familiar with planning and implementing activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles including planning, organizing and managing the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished as per organizational requirements. He should have adequate experience in monitoring operations to ensure that staff members comply with administrative policies and procedures, rules and government regulations..
Age limit - Between 42 – 48 years as on 01.02.2011.
Tenure - The engagement is on fixed tenure basis for a period of 2 (two) years, which is extendable for a further period of three years.
Payment Terms – A consolidated monthly payment of Rs.35000/- to Rs.40000/- will be made depending upon experience
