Name of Post: Project Director  – 1 post at Head Office,   Mumbai
Edu.Qual.:Post Graduate degree from any recognized University preferably M.B.A. or M.S.W. from a reputed institute OR the Management Graduate from premier  rural / business management schools.
Experience: Minimum 20 years experience of holding a responsible top management position in any State / Central Government establishment, or in a reputed NGO implementing externally funded projects e.g. UNICEF, IDA World Bank etc..  Experience in women empowerment and livelihood sector will be an added advantage.
Age Limit: 55 years maximum
Honorarium: Consolidated Honorarium Rs.74,000/- (per month fixed)

Name of Post: Dy. General Manager (Livelihood promotion) 1 post – Mumbai
Edu.Qual.: Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture / Animal Husbandry / Horticulture / or   Management from a recognized University OR the management graduate from premier rural / business management schools.
Experience: Minimum 15 years experience of holding a responsible position in a reputed establishment in the field of Livelihood Promotion and Micro Enterprise Development in rural areas.

Name of Post: Dy. General Manager (Knowledge Management & Training) 1 post – Mumbai
Edu. Qual.: Post Graduate degree from recognized University in the field of Mass Communication or Journalism and diploma in HR.

Excellent  spoken and written English with general ability to express clearly and concisely ideas and concepts in written and oral form, specific skills in writing press releases and articles / stories, for print and electronic media.  Knowledge of computer systems and applications, specifically interactive digital media,  Demonstrated skill in programme communication, development of Information, Education and Communication material, documentation and publication (including web-based documentation).
Experience: Minimum 10 years experience of holding a responsible position in a reputed establishment  in the field of Mass Communication,  Pubic Relation and Training, experience in conducting training / workshops development programs with at least 4-6 years in training related functions, conceptualizing designing content, training management skills

    * Event management skills
    * Good Coordination and liasioning skills
    * Good oral and written communication skills
    * Proficiency in computers
Honorarium: A Consolidated Honorarium Rs.. 44,000/- (per month fixed)
Age Limit: Upto 50 years maximum.

Name of Post: Regional M&E Officers  - 6 posts each at Amravati, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Nashik, Mumbai and Pune Edu. Qual.: M.B.A. or M.S.W. from recognized University
Experience: Minimum 05 years experience as an officers in  a reputed establishment  or government aided institute or a reputed NGO implementing large funded programnmes
Honorarium:A Consolidated Honorarium Rs. 23842/- (per month fixed)
Age Limit: Up to 45 years maximum

For all above positions, knowledge and fluency in  Marathi and English is essential.  The person should have excellent  communication and presentation skill. All other things being equal preference will be given to female candidates. The candidates should submit no objection certificate from their preset employer along with application
