Education:

Essential: Advanced University degree in business management or first degree with appropriate experience and/or specialization in engineering or facilities management.

Desirable: Training or certification in logistics, project management.
Competencies:

Skills:
Excellent knowledge of facilities management best practice and industry trends. Customer relationship management and service level management. Thorough knowledge of meetings management and logistics.

Excellent knowledge of contract management, project management and vendor management. Thorough knowledge of budget and risk management. Good analytical and presentation skills. Good attention to detail.

Other Skills (i.e. IT):
Good working knowledge of global office IT applications. Good working knowledge of project management software. Ability to understand and interpret technical and working drawings.

Experience: Essential: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience including supervision of multi disciplinary teams, including a minimum of 5 years with an international Organization.
Desirable: Project management experience.

Languages: Excellent reading, writing and speaking ability in English with ability in other UN languages an asset.
Annual salary: (Net of tax)  US$ 79,537 at single rate, US$ 85,615 with primary dependants
