Brief Description of Job Responsibilities
(1)To prospect sales opportunities in the assigned sectors – Telecom / Railways / Process Control / UPS
(2)Key account management with major institutional buyers
(3)Develop business through Channel Partners for specific range of products
(4)Submit product offers
(5)Techno-Commercial discussions with the customer/dealers customer
(6)Sales presentations
(7)Payment realization and completion of documentation requirements
(8)Co-ordinate for after sales service

Engineering Graduate – BE (Electrical/electronics/Mechanical/Production)
(i)Minimum 2 to 4 years sales experience in selling products to telecom / railway / process control segments – and familiar with both direct sales / institutional sales/Channel sales.
(ii)Candidates from, Switchgear, Industrial Electronics, Power Electronics, Office Automation, UPS, Mech Capital goods can be considered on priority.
(iii)Experience in sales of industrial products or low value capital goods or power electronic products

Brief Description of Job Responsibilities
(1)Warranty Adjudication
(2)Implementation of Service Programs & campaigns, - Franchisee Visit, - OE visit
(3)Service Hub Appointment, - CSI ( TAT-1 & TAT -2)
(4)Training Programs-Service hubs, Retailers & 2 Wheeler, - Collection of information on Compitator Activities
(5)Monthly one Megha Service Campaign per Franchisee
(6)Product Performance Feed Back Reports, - 24*7 at all Franchisee Locations
(7)Monitoring Call Center Reports on a daily basis, - Ware house stocks management

Engineering Graduate – BE (Electrical/electronics/Mechanical/Production)
(i)Minimum 1 to 3 years of service experience in handling channel partners, Educating and training the channel partners on warranty issues etc.

Brief Description of Job Responsibilities
(1)Attending service calls on I&C, Breakdown and routine inspection
(2)Paid service calls in Battery chargers and Batteries
(3)Accountable for the service spares
(4)Paid service revenue collection
(5)AMC collection and execution, MIS data
(6)Training customers on product maintenance etc
(7)Interacting with customers on all critical service issues and resolution

1.Responsible for the profitable sales and retail development of all Company brands within a specified geographic area.
2.Researches methods to improve distributor and Company retail execution on all its brands through regular contact with all key accounts in the retail trade.
3.Serves as a liaison between the distributor and Company Sales and Marketing departments.
4.Evaluates, analyzes, and monitors assigned market area to assure that distributor is meeting annual plan objectives and properly servicing the market.
