MagicRooms brings to the table the ability to integrate with the existing hotel property management systems (PMS). This integration presents all available room inventories across all hotels in India onto a single window. This way the end-users can quickly access room availability, make instant bookings, confirm and conclude transactions in minutes without lifting the telephone.

1) Sales Managers

Job Profile :
      To Contract Travel agents and tour operators in their respective geography
      Achieving sales productivity targets
      Focus on total potential sales opportunities including Domestic, groups
      Timely and accurate sales reporting
      To map the entire territory and document critical opportunities
      Build Winning strategies to competitively source and provide leads new business
      Network with relationship and Trade colleagues to access potential opportunities
      Implementation of sales action plans to ensure that TA sales & revenue targets are met and exceeded.
      Aggressive relationship management with existing clients
Desired profile :
  •       3-4 years of hardcore Sales experience
  •       Strong Communication Skills
  •       Preferably a Graduate
  •       Sound Knowledge Domestic Hotels
  •       A consistently good record in sales or sales management.
  •       Date of joining : At the earliest
2) Personal Secretary to MD

Job Description :
  •       screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  •       organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
  •       dealing with correspondence and writing letters, taking dictation and minutes
  •       organizing and attending meetings, and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings
  •       dealing with incoming email, faxes and post
  •       producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  •       responsibility for maintaining of accounts and budgets
  •       With 1 – 2 years of experience in similar capacity
  •       And skills must include inter-personal skills.
Smart fresher’s with confidence and ability to learn shall also be acknowledged
