This autonomous Institute funded by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare is an apex technical Institute for promoting Health and Family Welfare Programs in the country through Education and Training, Research and Evaluation, Consultancy, Advisory and specialized services. Faculty is covered under UGC guidelines as amended from time to time with the approval of Governing Body of the Institute.
Applications are invited for the following posts:

Posts to be filled up on regular basis
1. Reader (Reproductive Bio-Medicine): - One Post (UR)
Scale of pay Rs.15600-39100+AGP 8000 + NPA
Age limit: Upto 50 years (Relaxable upto 5 years for govt. servants and employees of autonomous Institutes under Govt.)
Educational and other qualifications
Essential:
a. Medical qualification included in the first or the second schedule or part II of the third schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in section 13(3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
b. Postgraduate degree in Surg. / Med. / Obst. & Gynae. / such as MD/ MS or an equivalent degree of a recognized University / Institute.
c. Five years experience as Lecturer / Assistant Professor in the subject concerned in a Medical College / Recognized Institution.
d. Evidence of published work of high quality during last 5 years


2. Reader (Medical Care & Hospital Administration): - One Post (UR)
Scale of pay Rs. 15600-39100+AGP 8000 + NPA
Age limit: Upto 50 years (Relaxable upto 5 years for govt. servants and employees of autonomous Institutes under Govt.)
Educational and other qualifications
Essential:

c. Five years experience as Lecturer / Assistant Professor in the subject concerned in a Medical College / Recognized Institution.
d. Evidence of published work of high quality during last 5 years
