Head - Channel Sales:
MBA (Marketing) / Graduate with minimum  5 years experience in channel & institutional sales, broker and vendor management. He / She should have good communication and presentation skills; manage sales through channel partners, brokers, agents etc. Candidates from Real Estate, Insurance, Banking and FMCG industries will be preferred.
Head - Corporate Sales:
MBA (Marketing) / Graduate with minimum  5 years experience in corporate sales and business development. He / She should have good communication, presentation and market analysis skill. Candidates from Insurance, Banking, Telecom, FMCG and Real Estate will be preferred.
Head - Loyalty / Alternate Channel / Alliances:
MBA (Marketing) / Graduate with minimum  5 years experience in Loyalty sales, CRM, tie-ups, customer incentives and customer service. He / She should have good conceptualization, communication and interpretation skills. Candidates from Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Real Estate and FMCG will be preferred.
Head - Customer Service:
Post Graduate / Graduate with minimum  5 years experience in Customer service. He/She should have good communication skill, customer understanding & pleasing personality. Candidates from Real estate, Banking, Insurance & telecom will be preferred.
Sr Manager/ Manager - Brand Alliances:
PG/MBA in marketing from IIMs or reputed institute with 3-5 yrs exp. Should be innovative in implementing strategies with various alliances to position organization as the most desired BRAND in the market place.
Senior Manager & Product Development:
PG/MBA in marketing from IIMs or reputed institute with minimum 2-3 yrs exp in product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
General Manager - Construction:
P.G. in construction, B.E. / B.Tech (Civil) from reputed institute with min 20 years experience in construction of residential / commercial multi-storey buildings. Should possess leadership skills along with detailed technical knowledge. Will be responsible for planning, scheduling quality & overall site management with strong co-ordination for all projects.
Town Planner:
M.Arch / P.G. in Urban Designing from reputed institute with more than 5 years exp in conceptualizing and designing of large township projects. He/She should have good knowledge of Computer packages & Township norms.
