Name of Job: Team Leaders  and Relationship Managers
 Key Result Areas:

   1. Acquire new client relationships and grow & maintain high quality, profitable and broad based relationships with the senior management of  the existing client base
   2. Develop and manage a team of 1- 2 RMs and provide direction and training to them (applicable only to Section Leaders)
   3. Originate and work with product groups as necessary to structure, execute and implement banking solutions for clients across all products
   4. Assess banking needs and risks for clients and manage client relationships accordingly to optimize risk-reward for the Bank
   5. To maintain high quality standards of documentation, client communication, process compliance, on going basis with product partners /OSD /Risk Management and other Relationship Management groups
   6. Ability to manage client expectations in line with organizational priorities ie switching from assets to liabilities and vice –versa
   7. Achieve Bank’s objective in terms of earnings, assets liabilities, credit quality etc. as per agreed budgets/targets from client relationship across all product groups

Essential Competencies:

   1. In depth knowledge of Indian market for corporate & commercial banking
   2. Build knowledge of all the products being offered to customers
   3. Highly analytical, numerate and proficient in complex financial modeling, applications and valuations
   4. Self starter and self motivated
   5. Outstanding presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
   6. Service focused

Profile and experiential background:
1. Post graduates from IIMs only or Rank holder CAs
2. Post qualification relevant experience of 5 - 8 years (for Section Leaders) and 2 - 4 years (for Relationship Managers)in Corporate / Wholesale Banking /Credit in India Private / MNC Bank
3. Positions exist in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad & Chennai
